Refund & Return Policy – Exclusive Beauty Makers Store

At Exclusive Beauty Makers Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at exclusivebeautymakers@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our support team.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable situation 

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor variations in product appearance (e.g., color differences due to lighting)
  • Delays caused by customs or courier services


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without the need to provide justification.

To be eligible for a return under this policy:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags included
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that, as we fulfill orders through our international supplier (Dsers) and ship from our China warehouse, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return or cancellation request, please contact our support team within the 14-day period.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
